Onsite Service Rates

Hourly Rates - Services are billed on a per hour basis, which includes labor and actual travel expenses. For each call received, Tecworks will dispatch a certified service technician. Service rates are as follows:

A) Standard Business Hours (9:00AM-5:00PM M-F) 1 HOURS MINIMUM -- $70.00/hr B) Evening/Saturday Labor 2 HOURS MINIMUM -- $85.00/hr C) Sunday/Holiday Labor 2 HOURS MINIMUM -- $110.00/hr

Includes: Regular Printer Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance Check-up, Machine Cleaning, 10% Off Printer Cartridges/Maintenance Kits purchased during Visit.

Does Not Include: Replacement Parts Maintenance Kits/Replacement Cartridges, Cost if Additional Visit is Required
