Hourly Rates - Services are billed on a per hour basis, which includes labor and actual travel expenses. For each call received, Tecworks will dispatch a certified service technician. Service rates are as follows:

A) Standard Business Hours (9:00AM-5:00PM M-F) 1 HOURS MINIMUM -- $80.00/hr B) Evening/Saturday Labor 2 HOURS MINIMUM -- $95.00/hr C) Sunday/Holiday Labor 2 HOURS MINIMUM -- $110.00/hr

Includes: • Regular Printer Maintenance • Preventative Maintenance Check-up • Machine Cleaning • 10% Off Printer Cartridges/Maintenance Kits purchased during Visit

Does Not Include: • Replacement Parts • Maintenance Kits/Replacement Cartridges • Cost if Additional Visit is Required
